Welcome to Sculpt 3D!

The home of craftsmen who have shaped vehicles in a time-honoured tradition using clay for a century. Now we bring those same 3 Dimensional skills into the digital era, pioneering VR concept modelling for the motorcycle industry.

At Sculpt 3D, we practice spatial 3 Dimensional modelling. Whether physical or digital, every model is created in true 3 Dimensional space at full 1:1 scale.

Creating concept models in VR / AR delivers the benefits of both physical modelling AND digital modelling, whilst eliminating the down sides of both.

Unlike traditional CAD or 2D monitor workflows, our models are sculpted and reviewed at real size, so there are no surprises when they become physical.

We provide a complete vehicle modelling service, from sketch model to production-grade A-Class surfacing. We also offer accredited Gravity Sketch training to bring your internal team up to speed with professional VR modelling workflows.

Beyond expectations.

RiDE Design Director, Craig Dent recounts how his initial doubts were quickly dispelled whilst working on the Brixton Storr concept.

We believe in creating 3D models in 3 Dimensions.

Effective design development happens at full scale, in real space.

Sculpt 3D uses augmented reality headsets to project life-size models into the world around us, so designers, modellers, and engineers can shape, review, and refine together from anywhere, from their own perspective.

In the hands of a craftsman, subdivision modelling using AR is as precise and deliberate as clay, only faster, clearer, and globally connected.

Intent and outcome finally match.

WE MAKE IN VR

“I couldn’t believe the speed with which we were able to turn emotional sketches into emotional models!”
